Hey guys. I am back with another super delicious recipe of our traditional South Indian foods! It’s Medhu vadai♥️. Vada is famous all over India but it is ultra special and yummy mostly in South sides. Medhu means soft, fluffy and spongy. So friends let’s see the ingredients required for Medhu vadai🙂
Ingredients:
Urad dal – 200gms
Red chilli – 2
Green chillies – 1
Curry leaves – 1 arc
Pepper – 20 beads
Salt according to taste
Pinch of asafeotida
Oil for fry:”)
Method:
Soak the dal for two hours. Filter it well and grind it along with red chilli and green chilli and half the arc of curry leaves. Make it grind as suitable for making Vada.
After grinding it, add salt, asafeotida and remaining half of curry leaves and crushed pepper. Mix it well.
Heat the oil simultaneously
Make the Vada and fry it in oil.
Serve hot with coconut chutney♥️😋
